Trade Show and Expo Video Production
Booth videos, exhibitor interviews and show floor highlight reels, in Denver and nationwide
A two-person crew that has worked the floors at the Colorado Convention Center and the National Western Complex, filming for organizers, sponsors and exhibitors since 2015. 4K coverage, a recap delivered on the date agreed at booking, and clips every exhibitor can post.
What We Film at Trade Shows and Expos
Three audiences want video from the same show: the organizer, the sponsors and the exhibitors. We shoot for all three from one visit.
Show Floor Highlight Reels
The short recap that sells next year’s booths and tickets: crowd energy, the opening session, the busiest aisles, exhibitor and sponsor moments. Edited after the show and delivered on the agreed date.
Exhibitor and Sponsor Booth Videos
A walkthrough of the booth, the product in someone’s hands and a short interview with the person who can explain it. Shot in one visit, cut into a standalone clip each exhibitor can post.
Product Demos and Attendee Reactions
Demos filmed clean enough to use on a product page, plus attendee reactions and testimonials captured on the floor with wireless mics that cut through hall noise.
Stage, Keynote and Panel Capture
Multi-camera coverage of the main stage with house audio, each session edited into its own video with the slides cut in. See conference video production for the full keynote package.
Vertical Reels for Social
Short vertical cuts from the same 4K footage for the show’s channels and for exhibitors, scoped by the number of cuts before we film. Details on the social media reels page.
Nationwide Shows
We fly to the show. Same crew, same cameras and audio as a Denver show. We arrive the day before load-in and travel is itemized in the quote.

Denver’s Trade Show Venues
Downtown Denver is home base, so there is no travel fee for these venues, and we have filmed in the big halls before.
- Colorado Convention Center: 2.2 million square feet, six exhibit halls, the Bellco Theatre and the Mile High and Four Seasons ballrooms.
- National Western Complex: Denver’s big-floor venue for auto shows, expos, markets and ETHDenver.
- Gaylord Rockies: the resort convention center by the airport, for shows that pair an expo hall with a conference program.
- Hyatt Regency Denver and Grand Hyatt Denver: downtown hotel ballrooms for tabletop expos and association meetings.
Filming on a Working Show Floor
Trade show floors are loud, wide and built for booths, not cameras. We plan camera positions and the floor route against your run of show and your exhibitor list, so sponsors are covered before the aisles fill and nobody is missed.
The same two people run every show: Natalie shoots and directs, her partner captures the audio, so a sponsor who met us at the Convention Center sees the same crew in San Antonio. We record audio for the video from the house board and wireless mics; we are not the AV company and do not provide the show’s PA.
What helps us: a floor plan with sponsor booths marked, a run of show for the stage, badges for the crew, a secure spot for bags and batteries, and a contact on your operations team for load-in.
What Trade Show Video Costs
Most conference, event and corporate video work lands between $800 and $4,000. Multi day or out of state projects may be outside that range. What moves the number:
- Hours on the floor and the number of show days.
- What we are editing: a recap, exhibitor clips, stage sessions, vertical reels, or all of them.
- Travel for out-of-state shows, itemized on the quote.
- Captions and subtitles quoted separately.
Tell us the show, the dates and the deliverables and you get a real number. Corporate video production and event video are quoted the same way.
