Filming in a Working Expo Hall

The National Western Complex is Denver’s big-floor venue: multiple halls and an arena across from the Denver Coliseum, running everything from auto shows and horse expos to gem shows, holiday markets and the National Western Stock Show every January. Trade show floors are loud, wide and lit for booths, not cameras. We bring our own lighting for interviews, wireless lav mics that cut through hall noise, and crews that know how to move through a crowded floor without getting in the way of sales conversations.

For multi-day shows we plan load-in and stage coverage with your operations team ahead of time, shoot 4K on Canon R5 Mark II cameras, and can add FAA-certified drone coverage of the grounds when the venue and airspace allow.

What You Get

Yes. Organizers often add exhibitor packages so each sponsor gets a short clip of their booth and a quick interview. We schedule a floor route with your team so nobody gets missed.

We run on batteries for floor coverage and only need a table and outlet for a staged interview area. We coordinate any needs with the venue’s event services in advance.
