Filming in a Working Expo Hall
The National Western Complex is Denver’s big-floor venue: multiple halls and an arena across from the Denver Coliseum, running everything from auto shows and horse expos to gem shows, holiday markets and the National Western Stock Show every January. Trade show floors are loud, wide and lit for booths, not cameras. We bring our own lighting for interviews, wireless lav mics that cut through hall noise, and crews that know how to move through a crowded floor without getting in the way of sales conversations.
For multi-day shows we plan load-in and stage coverage with your operations team ahead of time, shoot 4K on Canon R5 Mark II cameras, and can add FAA-certified drone coverage of the grounds when the venue and airspace allow.

Services Include
Depending on the scope: a show highlight reel, individual exhibitor and sponsor clips, edited speaker or stage sessions, and vertical social media reels cut from the same footage. Everything is delivered digitally through Google Drive after completion.
Most expo and trade show coverage lands between $800 and $4,000. Multi day projects may be outside that range. Depending on hours on the floor, number of cameras and operators, and how fast you need delivery. Tell us the show and the deadline and we’ll send a real number.
