Shooting a 485,000 Square Foot Venue

Gaylord Rockies is the biggest conference property in Colorado: roughly 485,000 square feet of meeting space, 85 event rooms, an exhibit hall over 170,000 square feet and a main ballroom that seats more than 5,600. Add 1,500 guest rooms, the Grand Lodge atrium, outdoor terraces and a location six miles from Denver International Airport, and you get the venue that national associations and corporate groups pick when the whole conference lives under one roof.

For video, scale is the whole story. Sessions run in parallel across multiple floors, the walk from the exhibit hall to a breakout can take ten minutes, and the general session stage is built for an audience the size of a small arena. We coordinate with the in-house AV provider for house audio feeds and camera positions, and plan movement between rooms against your run of show so nothing gets missed while the crew is in transit.

The property also gives you real b-roll: the atrium, the terraces at sunset, the Front Range behind the resort. Aurora is inside our Denver metro service area, so there is no travel fee. Services We Offer

Individual keynote and session videos, a convention highlight reel, exhibitor and sponsor clips, testimonial interviews, and vertical social media reels from the same 4K coverage. Rush cuts are possible for quick delivery when planned at booking. Digital delivery through Google Drive after the video is approved.

Most conference, event and corporate video work lands between $800 and $4,000. Multi day or out of state projects may be outside that range. Depending on the number of cameras and operators, how many sessions you want edited individually, and turnaround. Multi-day conventions are very common at this location and they can hold multiple events at one time. Send the agenda and we’ll build it.

Yes. We take a clean audio feed from the house system, coordinate camera positions with the AV lead if necessary, and film your event in a discreet way. We want your attendees looking at the stage, not us.

DeliveryddDelivery times are agreed to in advance. A three day turnaround is possible when it’s discussed early in the planning process. It also depends on what other events we are filming that week as well. Quality is more important to us than speed. We want to create videos for you that we are both proud of.
