Video Production for Fort Collins and Northern Colorado

Fort Collins runs on its own business rhythm. Colorado State University, a brewing industry with a national reputation, the Harmony corridor tech and manufacturing employers, and a steady calendar of conferences and expos that deserve real coverage instead of a phone camera recap.

Autumn Leaves Video Productions is based in Denver, about an hour south down I-25, and we bring a full crew north for corporate, conference, and live event work in Fort Collins, Loveland, Greeley, and the rest of Larimer and Weld counties. Same cameras, same crew, same turnaround as our Denver work.

We have been filming across Colorado since 2015. Fully insured, with certificates of insurance available for CSU and any Fort Collins venue that asks.

Built Around Your Event, Not a Package

There is no fixed package price, because a CSU panel discussion, a brewery promotional film, and a three day trade show do not need the same resources. Forcing your project into a box helps nobody.

Live event, conference, and business video work generally runs $800 to $4,000 per day for filming and post production work. Where you land inside that range depends on the factors listed here. Send us the details and we will scope it honestly, including anything we think you do not need.

Payment is 50% at booking and 50% after filming. Travel costs, if any, are itemized on the quote so there are no surprises.

What moves the number

  • Hours on site and number of days
  • Number of cameras and operators
  • Number of interviews or speakers
  • How many finished videos you need
  • Drone and aerial coverage
  • Vertical social reels as an add on
  • Turnaround speed and delivery date
  • Location and travel within Northern Colorado

Drone and Aerial Coverage

Our pilots hold FAA Remote Pilot certificates and our aircraft is registered for commercial use. We will show the paperwork on request, and you should ask any videographer for theirs, because an uncertified drone can get filming shut down at your event.

Aerials matter for open campus shots, outdoor brewery patios, and property work. Drone footage always depends on venue permission, weather, and FAA airspace rules, and the pilot has final say, so we never promise it in advance.

Vertical Reels From the Same Shoot

We shoot high resolution coverage and reframe vertical social reels from that footage in post. One day of filming in Fort Collins can realistically produce weeks of Instagram and TikTok content instead of a single video that only lives on your website.

Reels are offered as an add on rather than a separate shoot day, which keeps the cost down and means the social content actually matches the main film.

How the Process Works

1

Contact & Quote

We talk through your audience and your goals, then send a formal quote. For interview based work we build the question list with you before the shoot.

2

Production

Our crew films discreetly while capturing the energy of the event. Canon R5 Mark II cameras in 4K, with microphones and lighting chosen per project. We expect the unexpected.

3

Review & Delivery

Once final payment is received you review the edit online and send revision notes. Final delivery is digital through a shared Google Drive link.

Fort Collins Video Production FAQ

There are no set packages, because no two projects need the same resources. Live event, conference, and business video work generally runs $800 to $4,000 per day for filming and post production work depending on location, hours on site, number of interviews, number of cameras and operators, whether drone is involved, and how fast you need delivery. Tell us what the project looks like and we will scope it honestly.

Fort Collins is about an hour north of our Denver base on I-25 and it is regular territory for us, along with Loveland, Greeley, and the rest of Northern Colorado. Any travel cost is itemized on the quote so there are no surprises.

Yes. We cover multi-day events, run multi-camera setups for keynotes and panels, and edit each speaker’s presentation into its own separate video. If presenters send us their slides, we cut those in during post production, which looks far better than a camera pointed at a screen.

Tell us the date the video needs to be delivered by and we will tell you if it is possible. Rush delivery for conference highlights and event recaps works best when it is planned at booking rather than requested after the shoot. A 48 hour turnaround is possible in certain cases.

Yes. Our pilots hold FAA Remote Pilot certificates and our aircraft is registered for commercial use, and we will show the paperwork on request. We also need permission from the venue or property owner. The pilot has final say on whether a location is safe and legal to fly, and weather or FAA airspace restrictions can keep us grounded, so drone footage is never promised.

Autumn Leaves Video Productions is fully insured. A certificate of insurance naming your venue is available on request. Send us the venue’s insurance requirements and we will get you a certificate of insurance before the event.

Yes. We shoot high resolution coverage and reframe vertical social reels from the same footage as an add on, so one day of filming can produce weeks of social content instead of a single video that only lives on your website.

Payment is 50% at booking and 50% after filming. No media can be released until full payment has been received. We accept cash, check, PayPal, Visa, and Mastercard. Delivery is digital through a shared Google Drive link once you have reviewed the edit and requested any changes.

Autumn Leaves Video came in totally prepared, understood our event objective clearly, captured fantastic video, went above and beyond in the edit, and had an incredible attitude from start to finish.
