Conference Video Production at the Hyatt Regency Denver

Multi-camera keynotes, highlight reels and breakout coverage for conferences at the Hyatt Regency Denver at Colorado Convention Center. We’ve filmed in this hotel, we know the Centennial Ballroom, and we’re based ten minutes away.

What We Film at the Hyatt Regency Denver

Keynotes & General Sessions

Two to four cameras on the Centennial or Capitol Ballroom stage, clean audio from the house feed, each keynote edited into its own video with slides added in post.

Conference Highlight Reels

The recap that sells next year’s registration: opening session energy, the exhibit floor next door, receptions on the terrace, skyline shots from the 27th floor. Cut for web and social.

Breakouts & Testimonials

Single-camera operators in as many concurrent breakout rooms as your agenda needs, plus a lit interview setup for attendee and sponsor testimonials between sessions.

Shooting in a Convention Center Hotel

The Hyatt Regency is Denver’s convention headquarters hotel: about 60,600 square feet of meeting space, the 30,000 square foot Centennial Ballroom that seats up to 3,000, the Capitol Ballroom below it, and a direct connection to the Colorado Convention Center across 14th Street. Most conferences here spill between the two buildings, with general sessions in one and exhibits or breakouts in the other, so we plan camera moves and crew handoffs around your run of show rather than around one room.

The ballrooms are lit for stage presentations, which makes multi-camera keynote capture clean without heavy rigging. For b-roll and interviews we use the lobby, the Denver City Terrace and Peaks Lounge on the 27th floor, the highest indoor bar in the city, which gives your highlight reel a Denver skyline without leaving the building. We coordinate with the hotel’s in-house AV for a house audio feed and place our own wireless mics as backup.

Downtown Denver is home base for us, so there is no travel line on the quote. If your event also uses the convention center, our Colorado Convention Center page covers that side, and our conference video production page has more examples of keynote and highlight work.

What You Get

Individual speaker and session videos, a conference highlight reel, sponsor and attendee testimonials, and vertical social media reels from the same 4K coverage. Digital delivery through Google Drive after your review.

Conference coverage at the Hyatt typically lands between $800 and $5,000 per filming day depending on the number of cameras and operators, how many sessions you want edited individually, and turnaround. Send us the agenda and we’ll quote it.
