What We Film at the Hyatt Regency Denver

Keynotes & General Sessions

Up to three cameras on the Centennial or Capitol Ballroom stage, clean audio from the house feed, each keynote edited into its own video with slides added in post. Or we can create a past paced highlight video showcasing the excitement and energy of your event.

Conference Highlight Reels

The recap that sells next year’s registration: opening session energy, the exhibit floor next door, receptions on the terrace, skyline shots from the 27th floor. Cut for web and social.

Breakouts & Testimonials

Besides filming keynote speeches we can also film interviews and testimonials. These provide us authentic voices that explain the who, what, where, when and why of your event. Interview with top execs need to be scheduled in advance and on the day’s itinerary. Brief interviews with attendees can be captured any time throughout the day.

Shooting in a Convention Center Hotel

The Hyatt Regency is Denver’s convention headquarters hotel: about 60,600 square feet of meeting space, the 30,000 square foot Centennial Ballroom that seats up to 3,000, the Capitol Ballroom below it, and a direct connection to the Colorado Convention Center across 14th Street. Most conferences here spill between the two buildings, with general sessions in one and exhibits or breakouts in the other.

The ballrooms offer fantastic open stage presentations, which makes multi-camera keynote capture clean without heavy rigging. For b-roll and interviews we use the lobby, the Denver City Terrace and Peaks Lounge on the 27th floor, the highest indoor bar in the city, which gives your highlight reel a Denver skyline without leaving the building.

Services We Offer

Individual speaker and session videos, a conference highlight reel, sponsor and attendee testimonials, and vertical social media reels from the same 4K coverage. Digital delivery through Google Drive after your videos are approved.

Most conference, event and corporate video work lands between $800 and $4,000. Multi day or out of state projects may be outside that range.  Depending on the number of cameras and operators, how many sessions you want edited individually, and turnaround. Send us the agenda and we’ll quote it.

Hyatt Regency Denver Conference Video FAQ

Yes, but not at the same time. The two buildings are near each other, but still a little bit of a walk from inside one ballroom to the inside of another. Each keynote or presentation may require different equipment so setup time varies. Is there just one person talking on stage or is it a panel? Every event is different.

Yes. We take a clean audio feed from the house system whenever it is available, with their permission, and run our own wireless mics as a backup when needed.

Event event is different, but depending on the deliverables it is possible to get a video back to you for review within three or four days after the event. We do shoot multiple events every week and we need to take that into account at the time of booking. Quality is more important to us than speed.

Yes. Autumn Leaves Video Productions is fully insured and a certificate of insurance is available on request before the event.
