It’s a fact that property listings with high quality videos generate substantially more leads than listings with no video. With Autumn Leaves Video Productions you will receive a luxury real estate video that will make your viewers say ‘WOW’ right from the first drone shots. We use Canon cameras mounted on gimbals for that smooth roaming camera look. Picking the right lens for each location or room is vital. We want your property to look big and spacious, but not absurdly disproportionate to reality.

Autumn Leaves Video Productions has licensed and certified drone pilots on staff. Our Phantom 4 Advanced drone is fully registered with the FAA and cleared for commercial filming. Our drone pilots are happy to produce their Remote Pilot for Small Unmanned Aircraft Systems (sUAS) certificates. Our pilots will research your location ahead of time to verify the safety and legality of flying in that location. If we can legally fly our drone you will also receive three aerial still images.

How a Listing Shoot Runs

  1. Book with the address and the listing date. We check the airspace for the drone the same day.
  2. Prep the home. Lights on, blinds open, counters and floors clear, cars out of the driveway, pets and people out of frame. We can send a one-page checklist.
  3. About 90 minutes on site. Exterior and drone first while the light is right, then a room-by-room walk-through with the lens picked for each space, so rooms look big but not absurdly out of proportion to reality.
  4. 48 hour delivery. The finished video arrives digitally, ready for the MLS and your marketing. Payment is due in full before media is released.

Yes, where we are legally cleared to fly. Our pilots hold FAA Remote Pilot certificates and check the airspace before the shoot. If we can fly, you also receive three aerial stills. Some locations near airports or in restricted airspace cannot be flown, and weather can keep us grounded, so drone footage is never promised.
