Shooting at the Grand Hyatt

The Grand Hyatt Denver sits at 17th and Welton, two blocks from the 16th Street Mall, with about 52,600 square feet of meeting space. The Colorado Ballroom is the largest room at roughly 8,400 square feet, with the Mount Sopris and other breakout rooms around it. The property’s signature space is the Pinnacle Club on the 38th floor of the adjoining tower, the highest indoor event venue in Denver, with windows on downtown and the Front Range.

For video that means two very different shooting environments in one building. The ballroom is stage-lit and straightforward for multi-camera keynote capture. The Pinnacle Club is bright, glass-walled and changes by the hour as the light moves. We coordinate with the hotel’s AV team for a house sound feed and run our own wireless mics as backup.

Services We Offer

Individual speaker and session videos, a highlight reel, awards or reception coverage, testimonial interviews, and vertical social media reels from the same 4K coverage. Digital delivery through Google Drive after your videos are approved.

Most conference, event and corporate video work lands between $800 and $4,000. Multi day or out of state projects may be outside that range. Depending on cameras, operators, how many sessions get their own edit, and turnaround. Send us the agenda and we’ll quote it.

Yes. It is one of the best-looking rooms in Denver on camera. Events in this top floor ballroom create memories your guests will carry for a long long time. The elevators for this ballroom can be hard to find so please provide signage for your guests so they know where to go and which elevators will get them there.

Yes. We take a clean audio feed from the house system whenever it is available, with their permission,  and run our own wireless mics as backup if need be.

Rush delivery is possible when it is planned at booking. A three or four day turnaround is an option at some events, but not all. We do have multiple shoots a week and we need to take that into account when promising delivery times. Individual session edits follow on a normal timeline.

Yes. Autumn Leaves Video Productions is fully insured and a certificate of insurance is available on request before the event.
