Corporate and Conference Video in Aurora

Aurora sits on Denver’s doorstep but it is a business market of its own. The Anschutz Medical Campus, a deep employer base, and large-scale venues like the Gaylord Rockies Resort and Convention Center, which is exactly the kind of room multi-camera coverage is built for. We have filmed at the Gaylord Rockies Resort over a dozen times and are very familiar with the layout of this massive venue.

Autumn Leaves Video Productions is based in Denver, minutes from Aurora, and we bring the same corporate, conference, and event production we have delivered for organizations like Google and the Lowe’s Foundation.

Filming across Colorado since 2015. Fully insured, with certificates of insurance available for Anschutz, the Gaylord Rockies, and any Aurora venue that requires one.

Scripted or Documentary, Whatever the Project Needs

We chat ahead of time to decide which one you need before we ever pick up a camera. Picking the wrong direction for a video is the most common reason a corporate video does not work.

Scripted and On Message

Some Aurora projects need a video that legal or marketing can approve word for word. Product explainers, compliance pieces, executive messages, anything where the exact wording matters.

We work from your script, run teleprompter on set, and build the question list with you in advance so nobody is improvising on camera.

Documentary and Interview Driven

Culture pieces, recruitment videos, and testimonials work better when they are *not* scripted. The whole point is that a real employee or customer sounds like one. Honesty and authenticity is key here.

We interview, listen for the moment that actually lands, and cut the story around it. Harder to fake, and it is the difference between a video people finish and one they close.

Built Around Your Project, Not a Package

For corporate videos there is no fixed package price, because a single executive interview, a recruitment film, and a three day convention do not need the same resources. Forcing your project into a preset box helps nobody.

Corporate, conference, and live event work generally runs $800 to $4,000 per day for filming and post production work. Where you land inside that range depends on the factors listed here. Send us the details and we will scope it honestly, including anything we think you do not need.

Payment is 50% at booking and 50% after filming. Aurora is local to us, so there is no travel fee in the quote.

What moves the number

  • Hours on site and number of days
  • Number of cameras and operators
  • Number of interviews or speakers
  • How many finished videos you need
  • Scripted and teleprompter versus interview based
  • Drone and aerial coverage
  • Vertical social reels as an add on
  • Turnaround speed and delivery date

Equipment and Crew

We shoot on Canon R5 Mark II cameras in 4K, with microphones and lighting chosen per project. Different setups require different equipment. We offer multi-camera setups for keynotes and panels, and we can integrate presenter slides in post production for greater clarity.

Drone and Aurora Airspace

Our pilots hold FAA Remote Pilot certificates and our aircraft is registered for commercial use. Ask any videographer for that paperwork, because an uncertified drone can get filming shut down.

Aurora sits near DIA and Buckley airspace, so some locations need authorization and some cannot be flown at all. Venue permission, weather, and FAA restrictions all apply, so drone footage is never promised in advance.

Insurance and Certificates

We are fully insured, and a certificate of insurance is available on request. Large convention venues almost always ask for one, so send us their requirements as early as you can and we will have it handled before the shoot date.

How the Process Works

1

Contact & Quote

We talk through your audience and your goals, decide scripted or documentary, then send a formal quote. For interview based work we build the question list with you before the shoot.

2

Production

Our crew films discreetly while capturing the energy of the event or the company. Canon R5 Mark II cameras in 4K. We expect the unexpected.

3

Review & Delivery

Once full payment is received you review the edit online and send revision notes. Final delivery is digital through a shared Google Drive link.

Aurora Video Production FAQ

For corporate videos there are no set packages, because no two projects need the same resources. Corporate, conference, and live event work generally runs $800 to $4,000 per day for filming and post production work depending on hours on site, number of cameras and operators, number of interviews, whether drone is involved, and how fast you need delivery. Send us the details and we will scope it honestly.

Yes. Large convention spaces are exactly what multi-camera coverage is built for. We run multiple cameras on keynotes and breakout sessions, cut each speaker their own finished video, and capture the expo floor for a highlight reel.

It depends on who has to approve it and the video’s intended audience. Scripted and teleprompter work is the right call when legal or marketing needs to sign off word for word. Documentary style, interview-driven video works better for culture pieces, recruitment, and testimonials, where the point is that it does not sound scripted. We work with you to decide which one you need before we pick up a camera.

Tell us the date the video needs to be delivered by and we will tell you if it is possible. Rush delivery for conference highlights and event recaps works best when it is planned at booking rather than requested after the shoot. A 48 hour turnaround is possible in certain cases.

Our pilots hold FAA Remote Pilot certificates and our aircraft is registered for commercial use, and we will show the paperwork on request. Aurora sits near Denver International and Buckley airspace, so some locations need authorization and some cannot be flown at all. We also need venue permission, and weather or an FAA restriction can ground us, so drone footage is never promised.

Yes. We shoot high resolution 4K coverage and reframe vertical social reels from the same footage as an add on, so one day of filming can produce weeks of social content instead of a single video that only lives on your website. We shoot horizontally and in editing reframe each shot manually for vertical videos.

Payment is 50% at booking and 50% after filming. No media can be reviewed until full payment has been received. We accept cash, check, PayPal, Visa, and Mastercard. Final delivery is digital through a shared Google Drive link once you have reviewed the edit and revisions have been made.
