We have filmed at the Gaylord Rockies Resort over a dozen times and are very familiar with the layout of this massive venue.

Scripted and On Message

Some Aurora projects need a video that legal or marketing can approve word for word. Product explainers, compliance pieces, executive messages, anything where the exact wording matters.

We work from your script, run teleprompter on set, and build the question list with you in advance so nobody is improvising on camera.

Documentary and Interview Driven

Culture pieces, recruitment videos, and testimonials work better when they are *not* scripted. The whole point is that a real employee or customer sounds like one. Honesty and authenticity is key here.

We interview, listen for the moment that actually lands, and cut the story around it. Harder to fake, and it is the difference between a video people finish and one they close.

Built Around Your Project, Not a Package

For corporate videos there is no fixed package price, because a single executive interview, a recruitment film, and a three day convention do not need the same resources. Forcing your project into a preset box helps nobody.

Corporate, conference, and live event work generally runs $800 to $4,000 per day for filming and post production work. Where you land inside that range depends on the factors listed here. Send us the details and we will scope it honestly, including anything we think you do not need.

Payment is 50% at booking and 50% after filming. Aurora is local to us, so there is no travel fee in the quote.

Equipment and Crew

We shoot on Canon R5 Mark II cameras in 4K, with microphones and lighting chosen per project. Different setups require different equipment. We offer multi-camera setups for keynotes and panels, and we can integrate presenter slides in post production for greater clarity.

Drone and Aurora Airspace

Our pilots hold FAA Remote Pilot certificates and our aircraft is registered for commercial use. Ask any videographer for that paperwork, because an uncertified drone can get filming shut down.

Aurora sits near DIA and Buckley airspace, so some locations need authorization and some cannot be flown at all. Venue permission, weather, and FAA restrictions all apply, so drone footage is never promised in advance.

Insurance and Certificates

We are fully insured, and a certificate of insurance is available on request. Large convention venues almost always ask for one, so send us their requirements as early as you can and we will have it handled before the shoot date.

Production

Our crew films discreetly while capturing the energy of the event or the company. Canon R5 Mark II cameras in 4K. We expect the unexpected.

Review & Delivery

Once full payment is received you review the edit online and send revision notes. Final delivery is digital through a shared Google Drive link.
