Conference Highlight Videos

Conference highlight videos deliver an immense amount of information in a fast paced creative way. People’s attention spans are very short so grabbing viewers attention quickly and with intention is paramount. Our goal with your conference highlight video is to entice the viewer to want to see more of what you have to offer and motivate them to pick up the phone or email you for more information on your event. We want the viewer to mark your next event on their calendar right away.

Full Keynote and Presentation Videos

Autumn Leaves Video Productions can film your conference with multiple cameras and break each speaker or presentation up into their own video. If the presenter is using slides in their speech we can incorporate those slides in post production as long as they are sent to us before the date of the event. Here are examples of individual presentation videos with slides added in.

Conferences We Have Filmed

Three recent shows, three different rooms. Each venue page linked below covers how we shoot that space and what to plan for.

LitRPG Con 2025, Grand Hyatt Denver

About 5,000 attendees across the Colorado Ballroom and the panel rooms. We filmed the panels, the vendor hall, the signings and the crowd, then cut the convention highlight that sits in the gallery above. Venue notes: Grand Hyatt Denver.

IFMA World Workplace 2023, Colorado Convention Center

The facility management industry’s largest annual conference. General sessions, the expo floor and the city outside the glass, filmed over the run of the show, with a highlight reel for IFMA’s channels. We also filmed the San Antonio edition; that reel is below. Venue notes: Colorado Convention Center.

ETHDenver, National Western Complex

The world’s largest Ethereum event, spread across the exhibit halls and the main stage. Keynotes, the show floor and the exhibitor and sponsor moments, cut into a recap after the show. Venue notes: National Western Complex.

What Conference Video Costs

Most conference, event and corporate video work lands between $800 and $4,000. Multi day or out of state projects may be outside that range. You get a crew that is familiar with and experienced in the world of live events, and the price is not about headcount. It moves with how long we are on site, whether we are editing or handing over footage, and what we are editing. If you already have the footage, see our video editing services.

What moves the number

  • Time on site: a 45 minute keynote and a three-day show are a different set of resources, resulting in a different quote. Hours, days and early call times all count.
  • Filming only, or filming and editing: handing the footage to your in-house team is the low end. A full edit package is the top.
  • What we are editing: one highlight reel, every session as its own video with the slides cut in, speaker clips, vertical cuts for social, or all of the above.
  • Turnaround: review copies normally land in one to two weeks; 48 hour highlight delivery is possible when it is planned at booking.
  • Travel: airfare, hotel and ground are itemized on the quote. Nothing is buried in a day rate.
  • Audio: we record the audio for the video from the house board feed and our wireless mics. We do not provide the room’s sound system or mixer for general audio projection.

How the quote comes together

Send the dates, the venue, the number of rooms running at once and what you need delivered. You get a formal quote within one business day, and a delivery date we agree on before you book. Need the same crew for a product launch, an all-hands or a testimonial between shows? See corporate video production in Denver.

Conference Video Production Outside Colorado

We’re based in Denver and film conferences and conventions across the United States. Out-of-state shows get one quote for the whole trip: crew days, airfare, hotel and ground, each line itemized. Same crew, same cameras and audio as a Denver show, and the same turnaround. Send the dates, the venue and the session count and the quote is back within one business day.

Conference Video FAQ

Several factors go into creating a quote: Where exactly are we filming? What hours do you need us on site for? Are we filming and editing every minute of every speaker or are we only making a highlight video? We can do both. How many cameras are needed? How many on-site interviews are we shooting? How fast do you need the finished videos? There are just too many factors involved to create set live event packages.

No two conferences are built the same, and set packages would force your event into a box it may not fit into. A 45 minute keynote and a three-day show are a different set of resources, resulting in a different quote. Your quote should reflect what your conference actually needs. Are we filming and handing the raw footage over to your team or are we doing the editing and creating multiple videos for you? Most conference, event and corporate video work lands between $800 and $4,000. Multi day or out of state projects may be outside that range.

Yes, with written permission from the event organizer. Some events don’t allow outside videographers, so confirm this before booking. We also need to know what’s happening in your room right before you go on. We can’t set up while another speaker is on stage, so getting us that schedule in advance is your responsibility. If there is an entry fee to get our crew into the event that fee would be your responsibility.

Yes. Send us the slide decks before the event and we’ll integrate them in post-production, so viewers can clearly see the slides you are referencing. Filming slides projected onto a screen on site is not going to give you the best quality.

Yes, we offer filming-only services. Before the event we’ll talk with your team to confirm how they want the event shot: 24 or 30 frames per second, standard or flat color profile, and whether interviewees look directly into the lens or slightly off-camera. Since you are doing the post production on these videos we want to be able to deliver exactly what you’re expecting.

Typical turnaround for review is one to two weeks after your event. We can potentially deliver videos in as little as 48 hours depending on the scope of the project and our current workload. Timing depends on how many videos we’re creating and how long each video is. We’ll agree on a delivery date before you book. No media can be released until full payment has been received.

Your project includes two rounds of revisions at no charge, which is industry standard. One round equals one email of changes, written out with timecodes. Additional rounds of revisions are a separate cost. Please send revisions within 60 days of receiving your video for review; after that we can’t guarantee changes. We are eager to get your completed videos to you so you can start utilizing them asap.

Yes. We’re based in Denver and film conferences and conventions throughout the United States. Travel costs like airfare and hotel are itemized in your quote, so there are no surprises.
