Founded in 2009 by Dr. Kenneth Hartman, a former U.S. Army officer and educator, OCS is a national nonprofit organization dedicated to recognizing and honoring high school seniors who plan to enlist in the military after graduation. OCS provides support to these enlistees and their families as they transition into military service, offering resources and community recognition.

OCS ceremonies are organized by local communities across the country, including parents, educators, business leaders, and veterans, to provide support and recognition to new enlistees.
