Juuuuust kidding. We took a page out of Jon Lovitz and Jessica Lowndes’ book, so if you haven’t checked the date, FYI — it’s April 1st. You know what that means: Happy April Fools! But for reals, there is nothing we’d love more than to see Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez finally declare their undying love for one another and tie the knot.

Drumming up our little Fools-Day prank did get us thinking…what would a Bieber/Gomez wedding look like? Recently, the pop star was spotted at Bieber’s concert at the Staples Center in Los Angeles, so it may not be that crazy to imagine. Here are a few of our thoughts about what a Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez wedding would look like, if we had our say.

The Proposal
Justin Bieber will do what he does best — propose to Selena Gomez at a concert, obviously. If you’ve ever seen his documentary Never Say Never, you know that the 23-year-old performer loves to ask girls to come on stage and sing “One Less Lonely Girl,” so clearly, that would have to be the way to go. There’s nothing more romantic at a concert than the actual singer stopping everything to propose to his love. Especially when it is followed by a “Sorry” serenade to comfort his sobbing fans who have lost their chance at marrying the Biebs.

The Ring
There’s no doubt there’d be a Gomez #ringselfie regrammed on the @brides Instagram feed with our hashtag #BridesRings. We’re thinking Justin would most likely go with an oval engagement ring — trendy yet classic — with a halo to add some extra sparkly bling, of course. The bigger the better for this brunette beauty!

The Dress
So, she’s got the guy and the ring; now she needs a dress. We’re assuming the former Disney star’s wedding gown, while probably not this bold in color, would have a sleek, plunging neckline — and a rather open back, similar to her recent stint on the red carpet.

If she’s opting for the more romantic, timeless look, an Oscar de la Renta, Carolina Herrera, or Monique L’Huillier ensemble (above) may be an elegant pick that she won’t regret 20 years later.

Celebrity Bridesmaids
Taylor Swift is an essential choice for the bridal party. If you didn’t know, the two are famous besties (they’re usually each other’s dates to awards shows). Sorry Tay, Selena’s got a new Grammys date now! There may be tears, just sayin’…

Seeing as Gomez’s childhood friend just asked the pop star to be the MOH in her own wedding, we’re guessing Gomez will return the gesture when it comes her time to take a turn as a bride. But hopefully Swift will be in the bridal party and be able to stand up for her friend with a speech — you know it will bring tears to the wedding guests just like her recent real-life maid-of-honor speech! Such a heartwarming toast, if we do say so ourselves.

First Dance Song
These two can obviously forgo a DJ since they’d probably have a lineup of stars who could actually sing their ballads to the happy couple. We’re thinking Ed Sheeran or Sam Smith may be invited to croon one of their romantic hits, and later on, you know that Beyoncé will most likely break it down with some choreographed moves.

Speaking of celebrity attendees, Usher, Sean Paul, the Kardashian/Jenner clan (Kanye, we didn’t forget you!), and Lil Wayne would most definitely be in attendance. But who knows if Kendall Jenner would be present — being a little green with envy at Selena securing the pop star’s hand in marriage.

Honeymoon
Two pop stars in paradise? We’re thinking warm weather, relaxation, the whole shebang — the Maldives would be a perfect honeymoon spot (sans full frontal from the Biebs, which we all have engrained in our memories). We’ll leave that image to the privacy of their honeymoon suite!

Well, we know it’s all a dream. But, it’s fun to wonder, isn’t it? Either way, we think the two should seriously consider getting back together — even if it’s only to throw one heck of an April Fool’s Day wedding so we can crash it!
