Pretty Little Liars‘ Ally is engaged! Sasha Pieterse, announced her engagement to boyfriend Hudson Shaeffer on Tuesday, with a touching social media post! The 19-year-old actress shared her bended knee moment with a touching black-and-white portrait of her and her 26-year-old fiancé (and we thought it would be Noel Kahn all along).
Bride-to-be looks good on this blonde beauty! The Pretty Little Liars star shared her happy engagement news on Instagram yesterday with a black-and-white portrait showing off her newly-engaged smile. The gorgeous photo, taken by photographers Jonnie + Garrett, show Pieterse candidly touching her new fiancé’s face while casually showing off her new bling. The caption for the milestone snapshot read, “The best day of my life…Thank you @jonnieandgarrett for capturing the moment.”

Sheaffer, otherwise known as Pieterse’s hubby-to-be, also shared in the social media moment by posting his own set of Jonnie + Garrett engagement photos. An all color photo of the candid milestone shows Sheaffer caught in the action when getting down on bended knee. Sheaffer captioned the breathtaking photo with the caption, “She said yes!!!” Could this couple look any more beautiful?
The talented bride-to-be isn’t the only TV star in line to tie-the-knot! Dancing With the Stars dashing duo, Peta Murgatroyd and Maksim Chmerkovskiy announced their recent engagement after first locking eyes back in 2009 on the Broadway production of Burn the Floor. The pro-dancing couple is already in talks to skip straight to the baby carriage when it comes to the next step in their love story. The gorgeous bride-to-be recently told People in their latest cover story, “I would just like to bask in this engagement bliss for a little bit,” said the dance pro, “Maybe for a year. Maybe a little less.” Murgatroyd quickly followed up her statement with a, “But I would like to start [having] kids pretty soon. A little boy, and then a little girl.”
TV’s other gorgeous pro-dancing bride-to-be, Julianne Hough, is already thinking of a stunning winter wedding after recently posting a chic, and snowy, detailed filled “Winter Wonderland” post on her personal blog Jules. The descriptive message hinted at a possible “wintry theme” filled with a catalogue of stunning snapshots like budding hydrangea bouquets, towering centerpieces, and a berry-topped white cake. Hough even mentions how “the thought of getting married surrounded by snowcapped mountains and grey-ish white skies sounds pretty magical.”
Does Pieterse’s engagement mean we’ll also be seeing wedding bells for her PLL character? Last we saw the Liars they were getting ready for a 5-year time jump. Rumor has it the new timeline will feature engagements galore. Who will it be? Spoby? Haleb? Ezria? Or maybe Ally’s the one with mArriage on her mind. We can’t wait to tune in on January 12th to see what’s in store.
