    We talk through who is your audience is, what are your goals, then send a formal quote. For interview-based work, we will work with you to build the question list with you prior to the shoot.

    Production

    Our crew films discreetly while capturing the excitement of your event or company project. We expect the unexpected. We shoot on Cannon R5 Mark II cameras in 4K and use a variety of microphones and lighting equipment depending on each project’s needs.

    Review Process & Delivery

    Once full payment is received you may view your video online for revisions.  All delivery is digital through Google Drive.

    FAQ

    There are no set “packages” because no two projects need the same resources. Your quote is built from multiple factors: location, hours on site, number of interviews, number of cameras and operators, whether drone is involved, and how fast you need delivery.

    Tell us the date the video needs to be delivered by and we’ll tell you if that’s an option. Rush delivery for conference highlights and event recaps is possible when it’s planned at booking rather than after the shoot.  A 48 hour turnaround is possible in certain instances.

    Yes! We can cover multi-day events, run multi-camera setups for keynotes and panels, and edit each speaker’s presentation into their own separate video. If presenters send their slides to us, we can add those in in post production for greater quality.

    Yes. Our pilots hold FAA Remote Pilot certificates and our aircraft is registered for commercial use — we’ll show the paperwork on request. Ask any videographer for theirs; an uncertified drone can get filming shut down at your event. The pilot has final say on whether a location is safe and legal to fly. We do need the venue or company’s permission to fly our drone on the property. Other factors like weather and FAA restrictions can keep us grounded.  The FAA can close any airspace at any time at their discretion. Because of this drone footage is never promised.

    Autumn Leaves Video Productions is fully insured. A certificate of insurance for your venue is available on request — just tell us the venue’s requirements and we’ll send it before the event.

    Autumn Leaves Video Productions is based in Denver and films across Colorado and nationwide. Travel fees are itemized in the quote so there are no surprises.
